Introduction to Executive Function Skills – Inspiring behaviour change through the lens of skills based learning.
Suitable for every student facing member of staff
At the end of the presentation delegates will have an understanding of neurodevelopment, how EF skills weakness shows up in school and what to do to support EF skills in the classroom.
Can be delivered on Inset Day – 2 hours whole school Interactive

Can be delivered in smaller groups during carousel learning sessions – 1.5 hours Interactive
Small Group Transformation Program
Moving from inspired to informed – how to explicitly use a skills based framework for empowerment.
Suitable for Head of Years, SEN & Pastoral Teams.
At the end of the program, teachers and support staff will have a deeper understanding of how weak EF skills show up in school, a framework through which they can start assessing student needs and practical tools to put in place to support development of Executive Functioning Skills in vulnerable students.
Can be delivered as a full day program – 6 hours
Or
Can be delivered as a 1 hour every week – 5 weeks
Student Assemblies & Talks
Knowing my brain – giving students an alternative way to think about themselves, their goals and their challenges.
Suitable for Years 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13
At the end of the talk students will have an understanding of their teenage brain and how EF skills training is a judgement free, skills based, process designed to empower and embrace individuality.
Can be delivered to Year group assemblies – 30 minutes talk
Parent Talks
Introduction to the Executive Function Skills – practical ways to support teens at home to become engaged and independent learners.
Suitable for all parents – ideal for year 7, 10, 11 and 12 parents.
At the end of the workshop parents will have tools for managing emotional, social and academic challenges using the EF skills framework.
Can be delivered online or in-person – 1 hour talk
